HBO Go record for complaints in Brazil

The HBO Go streaming platform suffered a further drop during the last episode of "Game of Thrones" on Sunday (5/5), generating almost 1,600 complaints in just two hours in the service of the Reclame Here service.

The malfunction has become the norm at the time the series is made available, but the number of complaints has been increasing with each episode. The previous episode had already yielded record hourly complaints. The new one more than doubled the volume of dissatisfied consumers.
The problem is that the platform does not support the increase in traffic on Sunday nights, because of the search for "Game of Thrones", and has left the subscribers in hand. So far, four episodes of last season have been shown and all of them have yielded complaints regarding the streaming service.
The Reclame Here even produced a chart that tracks the rising fury of subscribers to HBO Go, which can be seen below.
With growing dissatisfaction, the HBO rating fell even further in the users' assessment. You're scoring just 2.3 out of 10 possible points. Terrible.
With two more episodes to go until the series is over, the negative record may increase.
